In a busy development office in Malibu, there's no time to organize, much less decorate. The location was ideal, but the trick was getting this coordinated while the developers were still conducting business, so this makeover was completed in stages. With the windows open to the ocean across Pacific Coast Highway, the inspiration wasn't hard to find!
